“We are incredibly proud to be supporting such a fantastic charity, helping them to extend their reach and support many more families and children in desperate need.”

In 2021, we donated £5 million to Seashell Trust to support Project Transformation, Seashell’s five year project to develop a new school, college, and campus that will provide the facilities that their students and residents need now, and for the future.
In February 2023, students and staff prepared to make the move to The Moulding Foundation building, the new home to Royal School Manchester.
Emma Houldcroft, Head of Royal School Manchester, said, “We are so excited to be welcoming our students back after the February half term break to a brand new school building. Having carefully introduced them to their new classrooms and a variety of new learning spaces, it’s safe to say that the Soft Play room is a clear favourite! Thanks to the whole staff team and to our students’ families for preparing for this much-anticipated transition.”
The completion of The Moulding Foundation building is not just an exciting time for Royal School Manchester, as the building is also home to a variety of shared spaces that students from Royal College Manchester, staff across campus, and the community will benefit from too.
Seashell Chief Executive and Principal, Jolanta McCall, said: “We cannot thank The Moulding Foundation enough for its generosity towards Seashell’s Project Transformation.
Project Transformation has been years in the planning. This donation has helped to build a new future for thousands of children and young people with acute special needs.”
We’re so proud to be part of Seashell’s Project Transformation and to be helping hundreds of children fulfil their potential, gain their independence, and build their confidence.
